Adult age begins at 9 - please mark anyone 9 & up as an adult when making your reservation. Check in is between 2Pm and 10 Pm. Check out is 11 Am.

This property is privately owned. For the protection of Lakeview, it's guests and quality service to our guests we require signed approval to retain your mailing and email address, motor vehicle information and a contact phone number. We will not sell or provide any of the above mentioned to anyone other than when ordered by legal authorities. The information may be used to market Lakeview, unless you specify that you do no want to receive material from us.

We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables, unless they are left at the office. It is an offence to smoke in or damage the room, or to remove motel property. Any expense so incurred will be charged to your credit card or invoiced to your address.

By agreeing to this you also agree to adhere to the house rules as posted in your room.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to departure.

Room rates are based on one person / night.

Additional people are shown as Extra Adults

If you will depart before the office opens at 8 am then please settle your bill the evening before or upon arrival. We do not charge your credit card automatically unless given instructions to do so.

Cancelation Policies

If canceled prior to 5 days of arrival, no charge will be applied.

If canceled within 24 hours, Prior to arrival a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations on the day of arrival 50% of the rate of one night plus tax. 

No notice of cancellation - The full rate for one night plus will be charged
