Basic rates

(Friday & Saturday nights. Sunday through Thursday nights are discounted. See rate chart or call for details.)

Rooms 1-6 (Parking Level) $156.00/2 adults $138.00/1 adult
Rooms 7-12 (Lower Level) $141.00/2 adults $123.00/1 adult
Family Room $186.00/2 adults $168.00/1 adult
(Bar fridge, microwave, dining table; one king-sized bed, two singles. Ground-level access.)
Loft Efficiency Unit $211.00/2 adults $193.00/1 adult
(Full kitchen; two queen beds, one single, and a double pull-out couch. Access by stairs only.)

Other fees and discounts

$18 for each additional adult (15+); $10.00 each for young adults (9 to 14).
Pets under 50 lbs are allowed in rooms 7-9, at a charge of $12.00 each, with advance notice only.
Personal hot tubs are available for certain rooms, for a $15.00 daily fee.

Guests staying four consecutive weeknights receive 50% off the fourth night.

Cots are also available upon request. Prices are subject to change. All rooms are non-smoking.

Quotes are also available for groups and long-term plans, including breakfast/lunch/dinner meal plans. Please call or email us for more information.

Cancellation Policy: We require five (5) days notice for cancellations, or two (2) days during the off-season. There is a $20 cancellation fee after the deadline. If you do not provide any notice, the room will be held open for you, and you will be charged for the equivalent of one night's stay.
